- This research was to analyzed the factors influencing cash dividend on Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2003-2007 observation period. Samples used purposive on LQ-45 and during observation periode those shares always divide dividend the total samples obtained 13, and after process klasik assumption it reached 31 observation. Analysis technique was multiple regression analysis with Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Funding shows that DTA, EPS and CFFF had significantly influence on cash dividend. ROI, CaR, CR, CF, CFFO and CFFI is not significant. Simultaneously independent variable were proved that they influenced on Cash Dividend.
