- In the early 1980s, IMF and the World Bank have launched a new treatment on the way how to solve the debt problems of developing countries in several part of the World. The way they have offered was the renegotiation of those Developing countries' debt. Of course this agreement is a bit different when compared with what has been declared by the Bretton Woods which is known as "economic reconstruction". The IMF and World Bank ways' in fact have damaged the economic condition of developing countries-and led these caused of mass poverty among people in LDCs
