- Even though economic growth has fluctuated along with the weakening of the exchange rate and the trade balance deficit, a result of weak exports and imports of oil and gas ballooning and services, but the Islamic bank financing is increasing as not affected by external shocks. This has proved that the economy is supported by the rapid development of usury-free banking, will still be able to stimulate the real sector to continous growing. Its impact, volatile economic growth can be avoided. The results of this study demonstrate that the higher syariah financing provided by Islamic banks will boost economic growth. Based on a simple regression model, the elasticity coefficient of 0.475 significant funding at the level of α = 1 percent. This means that any increase in one trillion IDR Islamic finance Indonesia has the potential driven of the economic growth by 0.475 percent
