The method used in this research are development an research and the sample that is used is instructional development model that is developed by Atwi Suparman. From the experimental research, produce the conclussion: 1) produced the teaching material as a drama&#xD; script and history activity through sosiodrama model by using theater media of the main preparation discussion and the independence day of indonesia is categorized valid: 2) History lesson through sosiodrama model by using theater drama can infuence the students motivationduring the learning process. The quetioner shows that the students motivation in good category (80%); 3) students' activity as a player as a player or as a spectator is categorized active during the learning process; 4) produce result of students learning after the history lesson through sosiodrama model by using theater media is good, it showed from the students average clasically is 72,1. The policy suggestion from the research is the teacher must be develop nationality character value in each main substantial discution through lesson planing development based to arranged syllabus.
