- The main objective of this research is to analyze the impact of fiscal decentralization on interregional economic performance in Indonesia. In this analysis the method used to explain the impact is multiplier (income and output multiplier) and it is extended to an Interregional Computable General Equilibrium (IRCGE) model based on the development of Interregional Social Accounting Matrix (IRSAM). The study found that development expenditure gave greater income multiplier and output multiplier than current expenditure. On the whole the intraregional Java have more impact than outer Java. Based on the results of the simulation scenario, the reduction on current expenditure caused the decrease of interregional economic performance. Meanwhile the increase of PAD caused greater interregional economic performance and the increase of revenue sharing for outer Java caused the decrease of interregional economic performance.
