- This research tried to build Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) system to diagnosis disease based on physical symptoms owned by skin disease and sex of patient. New case that containing disease symptoms as input for the system, then system will do similarity process between new case with cases which stored in database system or case-base. The case with highest similarity value will be taken and then solution from the case will be solution for new case. If the diagnose failed, an expert will revised the case. The case that is successfully revised will be kept into the system to be new knowledge for the system. Result from this system is name of disease accompanied with understanding, causative and disease therapy. Case-Based Reasoning can give amenity in doing diagnosis and can adapt easily and quickly because knowledge and learning is made in the form of cases. From result of research of showed that this system can give amenity to paramedics and doctors for diagnose skin disease and sexually transmitted infection.
