- The research was done to analyze the work performance at “ABC” hospital by using balance scorecard approach. The data analyzed was the data taken from 2008 until 2009 sourced from four main perspectives, which are; finance perspective, customer perspective, internal bussiness proccess perspective, and learning and growth of hospital perspective. The result of the research shows that there was an increasing in work performance at “ABC” hospital in 2009 at 93% out of all four measured perspectives
