The application of 10 &#x3BC;l of each isolate solution tested to S. furcifera nymph by serial concentration 0, 103, 105, 107 spores/ml. The formulation used were B. bassiana fungi from corn mill substrate+700 ml composted shrimp scale liquid extract (CSSE) 100%+300 g glucose (A), Metarhizium sp. from corn mill substrate+700 ml CSSE 100%+300 g glucose (B), Beauveria bassiana from rice substrate+700 ml CSSE 100%+300 g glucose (C), Metarhizium sp. from rice substrate+ 700 ml CSSE 100%+300 g glucose (D), Beauveria bassiana from SDB substrate+300 g glucose (E), Metarhizium sp. from SDB substrate+300 glucose (F). The result showed that there were significantly effect of B. bassiana and Metarhizium sp. substrate against the mortality of S. furcifera nymph on BbA7, Mb7 and MD7 treatment. The highest nymph mortality on BbA7 treatment was 66.67% achieved from B. bassiana on corn mill substrate with concentration 107 spore/ml. The lowest nymph mortality was 23.33% achived from B. bassiana on SDB substrate with concentration 105 spores/ml. The shortest LT50 was 1.69 days achieved from B. Bassiana on corn mill substrate and the lowest 36.38 day from Metarhizium sp. on SDB substrate. Laboratory tests on the use of B. bassiana and Metarhizium sp. for the control of S. furcifera. Death nymph affected by B. bassiana and Metarhizium sp. will change in colour; more black, hypotrophy and hardened as mummy. Hyphae formed on the surface of nymph body between segments and the growth of white spores are the symptoms of nymph affected by B. bassiana. The symptoms of nymph affected by Metarhizium sp.
