- This research aims to determine the influence of addition of fermented tofu waste and bran with effective microorganism (EM-4) in the ration of live weight, percentage of carcass, the intestines and abdomen fat. It was the experimental study using completely random design (CRD). The provided treatments were exchanging commercial ration proportion with fermented tofu waste and bran, R0 = 100% commercial diet, R1 = 90% commercial diet + 10% tofu waste and bran fermentation, R2 = 80% commercial diet + 20% tofu waste and bran fermentation, R3 = 70% commercial diet + 30% tofu waste and bran fermentation, R3 = 60% commercial diet + 40% tofu waste and bran fermentation. Based on variance analysis, it could probably be reached that treatment effects showed insignificant differences (P>0.05) to live weight, persentage of carcass, the intestines and fat abdomen broiler. Conclusion in this research is getting high level of the addition of tofu waste and bran fermented by using effective microorganism-4 in rations relatively similar to yield commercial ration live weight, the persentage of carcas, the intestines and the abdominal fat broiler.
