- The purposes of this research are to indentify the prominent information media in Douglas orchid farming, to identify farmers cultivating behavior in relationsip with using information media, and to identify the reasons why some farmers do and do not the cultivation procedures. The census of Douglas orchid farmers has been taken to collect the primer data. Data present on some tabulations and prepare discriptivily. The prominent information media in cultivating Douglas orchid is the farmers contact person. The most farming behavior is imitating the contact person guidance. The comparative advantage is the primary reason why farmers doing the cultivation procedures and the triability is the most reason why they not doing those.
