- The research objectives were to measure the dynamic levels farmer's women group at desa Tanjung Seteko, to measure of skilled level group members in managing of corn farming, and to analyze the correlation between group members skilled levels and group members succeed levels in managing of corn farming. The research was done at Tanjung Seteko village Indralaya, distrik Ogan Ilir from Febuary to March 2005. The method of this research used cencus through all Lestari dan Putri sawit Farmer's women group members, the total of each group were 17 people and 18 people. The parameters of the research were (1) Group goals (2) Group Structure (3) Group Function and Duty (4) Group Effectively. The women group dynamic of Lestari and Putri Sawit were into a high criteria so were the skilled, and the succeed level of Lestari and Putri Sawit. Using the Spearman correlation test indicated the positive correlation (rs=0,88 for Lestari and rs=0,67 Putri Sawit) between the level of skilled and the succeed level corn farming on the corn production per hectare.
