- This research was aimed at studying the effects of inoculation time of mycorrhiza vesicular abuscular G. fasciculatus on the infection of Fusarium oxysporum the pathogen of wilt on tomatoes. The research was conducted at Phytophatology laboratorium and green house at the Plant Pest and Diseases Department, Agriculture Faculty, Sriwijaya University. This research was arranged in a Completely randomized design (CRD). The treatments tested were; inoculation mycorrhiza on seedling time (A), inoculation mycorrhiza on separarating time (B), inoculation mycorrhiza on planting time (C), and inoculation mycorrhiza on seedling, separating dan planting time ( D). Results of the study showed that inoculation time of mychorriza vesicular arbuskular G. fasciculatus was able to suppress infection of F. oxysporum significantly and improved the tomatoes plant growth. Inoculation mycorrhiza on seedling, separating and planting time could suppress F. oxysporum infection on tomatoes roots untill 20 percent and increased dry weight and production.
