The purposes of this research were (1) to count total income of lowland swamp farmer household in sembadak village (2) to analyze total income allocation of farmer household for lowland swamp farmer household comsumption in sembadak village (3) to analyze proper living needs of lowland swamp farmer in sembadak village. The data in this research was collected on july, 2016. The data be in form primery and secondary. This method of this research used survey method.Example withdrawal method had been used in this research was simple random sampling. Amount farmer population whose has their own land were 200household so the sampel was taken amount 37 household. The result of this research showed that lowland swamp farming in sembadak village was just cultivated once a year. Total income average of farmer household was about rp16.646.093,69 per year. That income came from lowland swamp rice farming, another farming (duck livestock) and non farming(contsruction worker, mill worker, fisherman, store). As for farmer average consumption in sembadak village was rp10.527.864,86 per tahun. Consumptionexpense consist from food consumption expense and non food consumptionexpense. Income allocation for consumption was about 62,28 percent. Average ofproper living needs per household in sembadak village was aboutrp5.047.858,64 per month. Percentage of total farmer’s income for proper livingneeds per household was about 29,55 percent that mean total farmer’s income justcan fill up 29,55 percent proper living needs per household.
