EVALUASI KINERJA DIVISI ICT FINANCE DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE IT BALANCED SCORECARD PADA MODUL SAP FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING STUDI KASUS: PT. XYZ

- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan melakukan evaluasi terhadap kinerja divisi ICT – Finance. Objek penelitian adalah PT. XYZ yang bergerak dibidang layanan jasa transportasi udara di Indonesia. Pengukuran evaluasi kinerja dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode IT Balanced Scorecard sebagai tolak ukur yang memiliki empat perspektif pengukuran. Keempat perspektif yang ada pada metode IT Balanced Scorecard yaitu Kontribusi Perusahaan, Orientasi Pengguna, Penyempurnaan Operasional dan Orientasi Masa Depan. Pengukuran akan menghasilkan ukuran strategis atau KPI (Key Performance Indicator) sebagai acuan indikator pengukuran. Hasil dari penelitan menunjukkan kinerja yang diukur berdasarkan empat perspektif masih belum balanced. Hasil masih ada perspektif yang menunjukkan ukuran strategis belum memenuhi target. Hal ini menandakan perlu adanya peningkatan kinerja divisi ICT – Finance PT. XYZ pada perspektif yang memiliki penilaian masih dibawah target. Kata Kunci: IT Balanced Scorecard, KPI, SAP – FI. This study aimed to measure and evaluate the performance of ICT finace division. The object of this research is PT. XYZ, the field of the company in air transportation services in Indonesia. Performance evaluation is measure using IT Balanced Scorecard which is has four perspective that exist. The four perspective are company contribution, user orientation, operational excellence, and future orientation. Measurements will generate strategic measures or KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) as a reference measurement indicator. The results of the research indicate that performance is measured based on the four perspectives are still not balanced. The results still show the size of the strategic perspective has not met the target. This indicates a need to increase the performance of ICT - Finance division in PT.
