ANALISIS EVALUASI KRITERIA KINERJA SUPPLIER BAHAN BAKU MATERIAL CASTING PADA PT XYZ MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALYTICAL NETWORK PROCESS (ANP)

- Proses produksi merupakan bagian inti dalam suatu perusahaan yang berpengaruh kepada kualitas dari perusahaan tersebut. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi proses produksi adalah ketepatan perusahaan dalam pemilihan supplier. PT. XYZ termasuk kedalam sebuah industri dengan spesifikasi produk standard OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) dan termasuk industri yang menghasilkan mass product. PT. XYZ sering kali dihadapkan pada permasalahan dalam pemilihan serta pengendalian supplier. Permasalahan supplier yang muncul di PT XYZ yaitu material reject, tidak tercapainya on time delivery, tidak maksimalnya support delivery, dan kegagalan delivery. Terdapat kelemahan dalam evaluasi kriteria kinerja supplier di PT XYZ yaitu kriteria yang tidak diberikan bobot dinilai dengan subjektif dan intuisi, sehingga data yang diolah kurang komprehensif dan objektif. Salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan yang dapat digunakan dalam penilaian evaluasi kriteria kinerja supplier dan membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk masalah keputusan yang melibatkan banyak kriteria adalah metode Analytic Network Process (ANP). Metode ANP mampu mengakomodasi keterkaitan antar kriteria dan sub-kriteria. Dari penelitian ini, terdapat 7 kriteria dan 30 sub-kriteria. Hasil nilai prioritas (eigenvector) di peringkat pertama yaitu Kriteria Produksi (P), disusul oleh Kualitas (K), Pengiriman (D), Biaya (C), Lingkungan (E), Pelayanan (S), dan Kemanan (S). One of the factors that can affect the accuracy of the company's production processes are in the supplier selection. PT. XYZ included into an industry with product specification standard OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) and includes industries that produce mass product. PT. XYZ is often faced with the problems in the selection and control of suppliers. Supplier problems that arise in PT XYZ that reject material, not reaching on time delivery, not maximum support delivery, and delivery failure. There are weaknesses in the evaluation criteria for supplier performance in PT XYZ is not given the weight criteria assessed by subjective and intuition, so that data is processed less comprehensive and objective. One method of decision-making that can be used in the assessment of supplier performance evaluation criteria and help in the decision to issue a decision that involves a lot of criteria are Analytic Network Process (ANP). ANP method is able to accommodate the connection between criteria and sub-criteria. From this research, there are 7 criteria and 30 sub-criteria. Results of the priority value (eigenvector) in the first rank, namely Criteria (P), followed by quality (K), Delivery (D), Cost (C), Environment (E), service (S), and Security (S).
