- Abstrak Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu apakah dengan Menerapkan Metode Explicit Instruction dapat meningkatkan kemampuan lemparan ke dalam pada permainan sepak bola siswa kelas VII SMP N 2 Gorontalo?. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan lemparan ke dalam siswa kelas VII SMP N 2 Gorontalo pada pokok pembahasan permainan sepak bola dengan menggunakan metode Explicit Instructioan.
