- Abstrak Tujuan penelitian tindakan kelas in adalah utuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan smash pada permainan bola voli melalui pembelajaran kooperatif Tipe STAD pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 telaga.Hipotesis tindakan Melalui pendekatan bermain telah terbukti dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pukulan smsh permainan bola voli teknik dasar pukulan smashdengan benar, hal ini berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat diperoleh data sebagai berikut: pada observasi awal rata-rata kemampuan siswa sebesar 57,483. Setelah diadakan tindakan siklus Imenjadi 66,049.
