- This study a laboratory experiment which aims to determine the metal content of Plumbun (Pb) in vegetable peas are packed in tin plate. Of research result by using atomic absorption spectrophotometry showed that Pb levels in samples that have expired are for 4x10 -2 ppm, while for samples that have not expired at 2,8x10 -3 ppm. The result of this study indicate that plumbum levels in canned vegetable peas have not passed threshold bu the Direcotr general of the POM.
