- PT. Pertamina (Persero) is a state-owned enterprise which has become the largest company and has still dominated the oil and gas market. The stock controlling and fuel oil shipments on gas stations apply manual system that hinders the controlling process as it would not be maximal. Moreover, in recording the stocks, it is usually written manually on the book or ticket tanks thus it causes inaccurate and obstructs the fuel sending process to each gas stations. This research is aimed at developing system information that can assist Pertamina in controlling stock and fuel delivery to gas stations. It employed Prototype method, as for stock control system and fuel oil delivery will be developed on the web-based application. In the end, through this system, Pertamina is able to use the application of stock control information system and fuel oil delivery to determine the availability of fuel stocks to the process of sending fuel oil to the gas stations.
