This research aims to find out the loan and saving data management and to design the management of loan and saving data in Koperasi Telkom Gorontalo. The data collection methods are observation, interview, and then followed with analysis up to designing the system. This research concludes that there were repeated mistakes in developing the report especially in account receivable report at Koperasi Telkom Gorontalo, in which, at the end of each year the remaining account receivable are often incorrectly inputted at the beginning of the the year. Hance, it creates discrepancy between the account receivable data at the end of the previous year and in the beginning of next year. Therefore, we created an information system for the Koperas to make it easier and to help the current system in Koperasi Telkom.
