English Department, Faculty of Letters and Culture, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. It was supervised by Dr.Harto Malik, M.Hum and Novi R. Usu, S.Pd, M.A. This study aims to find out deconstructive analysis on main characters in Snow White and the Huntsman film. This study uses content analysis as the method of the research. The data are obtained from script of Snow White and the Huntsman film, the books of deconstructive and website. This study focuses to analyze Ravenna and Snow White's characterizations by using Jaques Derrida's deconstructive theory. This study finds that Ravenna is a wicked woman, strong and she gets the decision based on her desire. While, Snow White is a woman who can protect herself and she is an independent woman. In other view, by using deconstructive analysis, this study finds some different things about Ravenna and Snow White's characterizations. Actually, Ravenna has characteristics as a good woman, such as she is a faithful child. She very struggle her family's fate. She is also a weak woman and she gets the decision based on the magic mirror. Furthermore, Snow White is a woman who cannot protect herself and she is a dependent woman.
