Economic Education Study Program, Economic Education Department. Faculty of Economy and Business. State University of Gorontalo. Supervisor: Dra. Irina Popoi, S.Pd, M.Pd and Supardi Nani, SE, M.Si. This research is conducted based on research problem: Is there a relationship between learning management and students' learning motivation at SMP Negeri 2 Telaga? This research uses qualitative method with the relationship between X varibale (Learning management) and Y Variable (Students Learning Motivation) as its design. This research uses 30 people as research sample and simple regression test as data analysis technique. Research result shows that the hyphothesis There Is A Relationship Between Learning Management and Students Learning Motivation at SMP Negeri 2 Telaga is accepted. It means that there is a possitive relationship between learning management and students learning motivation. It can be proved by statistical analysis and determinism coefficient r2 = 0,5695 or 56,95%. It shows that 56,95% of students learning motivation is determined by Learning management, meanwhile 43,05% is related with other variables. The distribution list on real standard is 5% (a = 0,05) and tlist = 2,05. The calculation result shows that lcount is bigger than tcount (2,75 ? 2,05) or the value of tcount is outside of Ho so that the correlation is definitely significant.
