- Bandung City as a city of services and has been proclaimed himself as one tourist destination city exposed to various forms of competition to deal with it then the city should have a competitive advantage. Competitive advantage can be achieved by giving higher benefits to tourists in the tourist destinations. One of the many tourist destinations that are owned by the city of Bandung is a shopping area Cihampelas. The problem faced by Cihampelas in marketing tourism services today is how the level of environmental performance of tourist destinations in providing benefits to tourists, how the level of satisfaction of tourists and how the influence of tourist destinations to the satisfaction of tourists in a tourist area Cihampelas simultaneously. This research is descriptive and verification by the research method used is a descriptive method of the survey and explanatory survey. This type of investigation is causal, where the unit of analysis in the form of individual tourists. While the data obtained through questionnaires, interviews and field observations, the total sample of 100 respondents. The analytical method used is a simple regression analysis. The result showed that the test data on the effects of environmental friendly tourist destinations of tourists'satisfaction shows that the environmentally sound tourism destinations (attractions, accessibility, amenity and Ansilary) have an influence on satisfaction.
