- Elicitation of requirements is the first stage process that is very important in software development. To elicit requirements, we can take advantage of using problem frame which is one of the fields related to software engineering. Problem frame can define the shape of a problem by capturing the characteristics and interconnections of the parts of the world it is concerned with. By using cloud computing services, we propose a software tool that provide benefit in software development, especially using a problem frame to overcome the problems of long-distance communications.
