- The information on local goverment implementation report ( Informasi laporan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daeraha (ILPPDI)) is the only mechanism in indonesia yhat madate locl government to make their administrative performance report available to the public. Whereas ILPPD has been implemented for almost a decade, the enthusisam of citizen to local administration transparacy is noticeable questinable. the purpose of this study is to analyze the chain of administration performance information, and utilizing the principal-agent theory (PAT), identify the problems that may arise in the relationship among stakeholders. this is an exploratory single case study in the context of wajo, a locale area with a long history of moral system and democratic practice since the fifteenth century.
