- Indonesian had a strong, enough to revitalized the overall infrastructure sectors in the democtatic period. During thid period indonesia wa led by two lwaders, namely Susilo Bambang Yodhoyono( known as SBY) and Joko Widodo ( khown as Jokowi). Both of two president had own strategies regarding the development of the country, including tha national road. Therefore this study aim to examine the difference between SBY and Jokowi in managing the national road in Indonesia. A qualitiatif appoarch has been conducted by using primary and secondary data during 2005-2017.
