- This study aims to analyze the planning strategy in budget absorption acceleration in East Kotawaringin. This study tries to describe and understand the condition of the problems occurred in the budget absorption implementation in East Kotawaringin. The implementation of the regional government activities still has not met the expectation, it was caused by weak planning, which resulting in pessimal budget absorption and concentrated at the end of the fiscal year. After analyzed the problems in the implementation, then a scenario along with a strategy was compiled so that planning of budget absorption acceleration in East Kotawaringin could be achieved and could be done at the beginning of the year and there was no built up activities at the end of the year.
