- This research used descriptive qualitative approach. The focus of this research was based on Grindle's theory about successful implementation of public policy taht was influenced by content and context of the policy. By using interactive data analysis proposed by Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana, it was known that the implementation of poverty alleviation policy through integrated service in Kebumen regency eas not running optimally.
