- Natural disaster have been a serious threat for human living during many centuries. One of disaster-affected sectors is settlement, and damage to settlement has increased significantly around the world. Several discussions about post disaster settlement reconstruction mentioned about factors that influence the failure or success of the settlement reconstruction program. This study has abstracted common parameters in previous settlement reconstruction program reseaches (house, public facility, water and electricity system), site location timeline progress, participation of community and coordination/information) and applied the parameters in Merapi 2010 eruption settelemt reconstruction program.
