- Computer crime has grown radiply along with the development of the digital world and the higher education institution cannot be separated from the activities of a computer crime. The paper analyses the implementation of Indonesia Computer Crime Act (UU ITE NO.11 2008) in the Highe Education Instituation in Indonesia. It aims to investigate the level of computer crime that occurred in the higher education institution environment and the act (UU ITE 11, 2008) successfully applied to prevent the crime that would arise. Based on research question and purpose of this study, types of statistc are used in quantitative research.
