- The main objectives of this study were to : 1) to analyze the degree of implementation of informaton system security policy in universities in Indonesia, 2) to analyze perception of heads of IT department about Computer Crime Act (UU ITE 11, 2008) in universities in Indonesia, 3) to analyze perception of heads of IT departement about the organizational dispotion in universties in Indonesia, 4) to investigate the extent to ehich the policy factor (Computer Crime Act-UU ITE 11, 2008) and the organizational factor affect implementation of information system security policy in universities in Indonesia. Data was collected from 147 universities through the period of May 2012 to October 2012. data was analyzed using the means, standar deviation, percentage, and multiple regressions.
