- This study evamined the effect of Foreign Direct Invesment on Fundamental Characteristics and Capital Structure of Manufacturing corporations using PLS (Path Least Square) analysis. Data were collected from 15 annual financial statements of listed manufacturing corporations in Indonesia stock Exchange from 2009-2012 which chosen as samples as 4 years observation periode using purposive sampling.
