  • Abstract The objectives of this research is to identify the organizational climate, the level of teachers job satisfaction and the correlation between the two variables at the state Junior High School 5 of Jambi City. This research was quantitative descriptive. The instrument to collect the data was questionnaire. Basic statistic test was used to analyze the data with the following analysis procedures. From the data analysis, it was found out that organizational climate of teachers at the state Junior High School 5 of Jambi City has positive correlation with their job satisfaction with the following regression : Y = 21,089 + 0,645X. From this finding, it can be concluded that improving job satisfaction improves organizational climate. Keywords: Organiational Climate, Job Saticfaction.
