Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk kandang sapi dan super bokashi aos amino terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman cabai merah (Capsicum annuum L.). Penelitian dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Medan Area yang berlokasi di jalan Kolam No.1 Medan Estate, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan dengan ketinggian tempat kira-kira 12 m dari permukaan laut, topografi datar dan jenis tanah aluvial. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai bulan April sampai dengan September 2015. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial, dengan ulangan,16 kombinasi sehingga dapat 32 plot penelitian. Faktor pertama yang diuji adalah Pupuk kandang sapi yaitu K0 = Tanpa pupuk kandang sapi, K1 = 2,25 kg/plot, K2 = 4,5 kg/plot, K3 = 6,75 kg/plot. Faktor kedua yang diuji adalah Super Bokashi AOS amino yaitu A0 = Tanpa pemberian AOS amino, A1 = 0,375 ml/l air, A2 = 0,75 ml/l air, A3 = 1,125 ml/l air. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh pemberian pupuk kandang sapi dan super bokashi aos amino dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman cabai merah.
  • “The effect of cow manure and super bokashi aos amino on the growth and yield of red chili(Capsicum annuum L.)”. The purpose of the study to determine the effect of cow manure and super bokashi aos amino on the growth and yield of red chili(Capsicum annuum L.). Research conducted at the faculty of agriculture, University of Medan Area is located on the street No.1 Field Estate, District Percut Sei Tuan with altitude of approximately 12 m above sea level, flat topography and alluvial soil types. This study was conducted from April to September 2015. The research method used is randomized block design (RAK) factorial, with 2 replication, 16 combinations in order to get 32 research plots. The first factor to be tested is of cow manure is K0 = Witout cow manure, K1 = 2,25 kg/plot, K2 = 4,5 kg/plot, K3 = 6,75 kg/plot. The second factor is super bokashi aos amino A0 = Without super bokashi aos amino, A1 = 0,375 ml/l air, A2 = 0,75 ml/l air, A3 = 1,125 ml/l air. The result showed that the use effect of cow manure and super bokashi aos amino can promote the growth and yield of red chili.
