- Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Manajemen, Desentralisasi dan Ketidakpastian Lingkungan Terhadap Kinerja Manajerial Bank Sumut, Skripsi, 2019. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Manajemen, Desentralisasi dan Ketidakpastian Lingkungan Terhadap Kinerja Manajerial Bank Sumut. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian eksploratif, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara (interview), dengan daftar pertanyaan (questionnaire) dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di Bank sumut yang berjumlah 30 orang. Penarikan sampel dengan metode sampling jenuh atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah sensus. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah populasi relatif kecil yaitu sebanyak 30 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 23, dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara parsial variabel Sistem Informasi Manajemen mempengaruhi Kinerja Manajerial Bank Sumut; (2) secara parsial variabel Desentralisasi mempengaruhi Kinerja Manajerial Bank Sumut; (3) secara parsial variabel Ketidakpastian Lingkungan mempengaruhi Kinerja Manajerial Bank Sumut (4) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Sitem Informasi Manajemen, Desentralisasi dan Ketidakpastian Lingkungan terhadap Kinerja Manajerial Bank Sumut.
- Effect of Management Information Systems, Decentralization and Environmental Uncertainty on Bank Sumut Managerial Performance, Thesis, 2019. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the Effect of Management Information Systems, Decentralization and Environmental Uncertainty on North Sumatra Bank's Managerial Performance. The research method used is exploratory research, where the variable is measured by a Likert scale. The method of data collection is done by interview (interview), with a list of questions (questionnaire) and study documentation. The population in this study were all employees at Sumut Bank which numbered 30 people. Sampling with saturated sampling method or better known as census. In this study the population is relatively small, which is as many as 30 people. Data processing uses SPSS version 23 software, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing of multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) partially the Management Information System variables affect the North Sumatra Bank's Managerial Performance; (2) partially Decentralization variables affect the North Sumatra Bank's Managerial Performance; (3) partially the Environmental Uncertainty variable influences the North Sumatra Bank's Managerial Performance (4) simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the variables Management Information Systems, Decentralization and Environmental Uncertainty on the North Sumatra Bank's Managerial Performance.
