- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah pengaruh efektifitas pengendalian intern, gaya kepemimpinan, pengembangan mutu karyawan berpengaruh terhadap pencegahan kecurangan akuntansi pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan. Metode penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Jumlah populasi penelitian ini menggunakan purposive samplingdiperoleh 60 orang sebagai sampel. Jenis data yang dipakai adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Dengan tingkat signifikasi menurut uji parsial (uji-t) x = 5%.Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara parsial efektifitas pengendalian intern, gaya kepemimpinan, dan pengembangan mutu karyawan berpengaruh terhadap pencegahan kecurangan akuntansi.
- This study aims to determine and analyze whether the influence of the effectiveness of internal control, leadership style, the development of work quality against the prevention of accounting fraud at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan. Research method in this thesis is descriptive statistical analysis, data quality test, classical assessment test, and hypothesis test. The total population of this study using the purposive sampling, the results of 60 people as a sample. The type of data used is the primary data and secondary data. With a level of significance according to the partial test (partial-t)x = 5%.The results of this study proved partially the effectiveness of internal control, leadership style, and the development of the quality of employees against the prevention of accounting fraud.
