- This study aims to analyze the use of online learning media and its obstacles faced by Early Childhood Education teachers. The results of the field analysis were elaborated beside the literature study. Thereafter, the researchers compiled a Breakout Room setting guide to maximize the use of the Zoom Meeting application. This research is based on the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, it’s making the transition to digitalization of education rapidly. Hence, schools are forced to adapt to their learning. By applying the R & D research procedure, the researcher reconstructed Sugiono concept into a semi R & D (without model dissemination). This study concludes that aspects such as: technology, teachers and educational institutions / institutions (schools) need to work together for the successful implementation of online learning during the co-19 pandemic. “Breakout Rooms” guide that was assembled, absolutely must be mastered by teachers in schools, especially in Early Childhood Education. The application of breakout rooms as a learning media will also increase parental participation in their children's education. Researchers also recommend that teachers be active independently upgrading their skills. In addition, school administrators (principals and managers) also need to initiate programs and / or involve their teachers in various training courses for teacher self-development, be it pedagogical, social, personality, and professional, and current knowledge (technology) skills.
