- Quality Control Program CT Scan 128 Slice has been manufacture at Tabanan Hospital in Bali.This study aims to determine the quality assurance program and quality control CT Scan 128 Slice in the Radiology Installation of Tabanan Hospital in Bali The type of research carried out is descriptive qualitative research to develop a quality assurance and quality control program CT Scan 128 Slice in the Radiology Installation of Tabanan Hospital Bali with the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method. The results of the FGD were reduced to be made FGD traskrip then compiled into a quality assurance program and quality control program CT Scan 128 slice and was approved as a Quality Assurance and Quality Control Program CT Scan 128 Slice at Tabanan Hospital Bali.From the three FGD carried out in the Radiology Installation of Tabanan Hospital in Bali, obtained the evaluation results in the preparation of a quality control program for the CT Scan 128 Slice, starts from planning, implementing, evaluating, following the next program, which is supported, the parameters requested are in accordance with the need for CT-Scan, implementation, supervision, protocols, compose, and approve the quality control program for the CT Scan 128 SliceThe results of the study show that the quality assurance program in Radiology Installation of Tabanan Hospital only covers the quality control services based on the minimum hospital service standards in 2012 , the radiology quality assurance team has not yet been formed, the implementation of daily quality control has not been carried out consistently, there is no quality control testing protocol CT Scan 128 slice.
