  • Background- CKD is a condition characterized by abnormalities of structure or function of the kidney that appears for longer than 3 months and can affect the health condition, Hemodialysis is of great help patients with CKD as an effort to prolong the life of patients, The effects of hemodialysis measures which occurrence is high enough that fatigue.fatigue will impact further if it does not get treatment in time. One method of non-pharmacological treatment against fatigue is Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) The PMR wherein one simple relaxation method done through two processes, namely tense and relax the muscles of the body on one body part at a time to give a feeling of physical relaxation. To overcome fatigue CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis in KRMT Wongsonegoro hospital, Do PMR.Purpose- This case study for know about the results from the implementation of Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) to changes in levels of fatigue in patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) undergoing hemodialysis Hemodialysis room KRMT Wongsonegoro Hospital.Method- The design used is case studies (case study). Technique data collecting use interview techniques (interview) using a structured questionnaire (instrument) Paper Fatigue Scale (PFS). Each respondent get intervention PMR 2 times for 1 week in accordance with hemodialysis schedule.Result- The average level of fatigue before and after the intervention decreased from 6 to 4.5. This means that PMR can reduce fatigue levels in patients after undergoing hemodialysis. However, a decrease in levels of fatigue experienced by the respondents said not significant because the average level of fatigue before and after the intervention was still in the same category, namely the moderate fatigue (4-6), suggestedinclude my family for always motivating and reminding patients in performing this therapy,
