Monitoring is an important thing to detect early ifthere is complication or not, so the process can happen physiologically. Thesubjects of this case report are third trimester mothers with 36+6 weeks' gestationalage and maternity care with 39+1 weeks' gestational age who had no complicationsand or illnesses in pregnancy followed by maternity care, postpartum care, KBand newborn care. This care aims to provide maternal care in pregnant women,maternity mothers, KB services and newborn baby comprehensively.The writing of this comprehensive midwifery practice report in the form ofcase studies is using SOAP midwifery management approach.The result of this comprehensive midwifery care report obtained adiagnosis of G1P0A0 36+6 weeks physiological gestation with frequent bowelcomplains and back pain with childbirth, postpartum and physiological newbornbaby.At the active phase of childbirth was found the gap, while in the postpartumand newborn baby was not found the gap.The conclusion of the results of this study is the application of midwiferycare to the gap between the theory and practice of midwifery care in the field.gaps exist in planning and in caring act.Keywords : Midwifery Care Pregnancy, Childbirth, Postpartum and KB(Keluarga Berencana).Reference : 54 References (2007-2017)
