- The number of clients at risk of violent behavior RSJD Dr. Amino Gondohutomo Semarang province from year to year increases with the cause of their anxiety, stress and other problems Psychology. This study aims to determine the client's nursing care at risk of violent behavior include assessment, intervention, implementation, and evaluation of nursing. The research design is a case study with destructive research methods. The subjects of this study is two clients risk of violent behavior, which meet the criteria that the client koperstif, Moslem, had never meditated before, clients want to be a responder. The study was conducted in RSJD Dr. Amino Gondohutomo Semarang Province on 06-09 February 2017. The results can do after the client's nursing care at risk of violent behavior 2 for 4 x 8 hours showed the client is able to control angry by the way take a deep breath, hit the pillow, angry express verbally and by means spiriual. While that has not been achieved teaches how to take the medicine according to the program in because of the limitations of time and discussion with the family in caring for clients with risk of violent behavior in the home in because during memberikana family nursing care does not come.
