- Based on the report of the Health Profile of Central Java in 2014, the maternal mortality rate of 126.55 / 100,000 live births, an increase when compared with Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in 2013 amounted to 118.62 / 100,000 live births, pregnancy and childbirth complications are the cause of death among adolescents aged 15-19 years. Data obtained from Magelang City Planning and Prevention Delivery Coomplications Program (P4K) activity reports in 2015 experienced a significant increase that amount to 70 cases of first pregnancy age
