- ABSTRACTThe purpose of the study was to examine the effect of leadership style and motivation at work tothe employeesâ€TM performance of PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) at Adi Soemarmo Airport inSurakarta. The quantitative method was used in this study. The analysis was using simple andmultiple linear regressions. The sample was 33 employees of Airport Operation Service andHospitality division at the airport. The result of the study are (1) the leadership style positivelyand significantly effects the employeesâ€TM performance of 94.4 %, (2) the motivation at workpositively and significantly effects the employeesâ€TM performance of 88.4 %, and (3)simultaneously both the leadership style and motivation at work positively and significantlyeffects the employeesâ€TM performance of 95.2 %.
