- This research has the main purpose is to minimize accidents by making continuous improvement implementation principles of Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OHS) to make sure the company accomplish ???Zero Accident???, and enhance company's productivity with implementation method of Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) 18001:2007 in PT CEMARA ABADI TEXTILE. The research method used is method research of Hazard identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC). The research methodology is about the design of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OHS) based on standard Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) 18001:2007 in PT CEMARA ABADI TEXTILE. The data collection phase included interviews, observations problems of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and documentations. Based on the research results, can be concluded that design of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OHS) based on standard Occupational Health and safety Assessment Series(OHSAS) can minimize the number of accidents in PT CEMARA ABADI TEXTILE by making manual Occupational Safety and Health (OSH).
- karya ilmiah ini memiliki tujuan utama yaitu untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kecelakaan kerja dengan melakukan peningkatan berkelanjutan prinsip penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) agar perusahaan mencapai ???Zero accident??? serta meningkatkan produktivitas kerja perusahaan dengan penerapan metode Occupational Health and safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) 18001:2007 di PT.CEMARA ABADI TEXTILE. Peneliti menggunakan metode Hazard identification, Risk Assessemnt and Risk Control (HIRARC). Metodologi penelitian ini mengenai perancangan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) Berbasis Standar Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) 18001:2007 di PT.CEMARA ABADI TEXTILE. Tahap pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, pengamatan masalah Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, perancangan SMK3 berbasis OHSAS dapat meminimalisir angka kecelakaan kerja di PT.CEMARA ABADI TEXTILE dengan membuat manual K3.
