- The purpose of the study is to get the study results of creativity and innovation influences to business performance of SMEs Trusmi Batik Center Cirebon. The method of the study used the survey method, which is carried out by qualitative descriptive. The unit of analysis study is the company which has observation unit about 47 companies; it consists of 47 owners of the company. Testing the study hypothesis used statistical verification with test equipment descriptive SEM. While the data tabulation used PLS program The findings of the research: SMEs Batik Cirebon Trusmi can be categorized into 4 quadrant, they are oriented art, superior orientation, traditional orientation and pragmatic orientation. The dominant SMEs of littoral Batik is a traditional orientation and focus on the production oriented and resource based on creativity, while innovation has positive effect and significant either partially or simultaneously on Business Performance.
