- Village officials in Bandung Regency has an interest in the application of information technology. This shows the commitment of officers who have a confident attitude, action-oriented, the drive to always improve self quality, as well as the attitude of responsibility is needed. E-Desa development is intended specifically to obtain information and administration management model done to improve the village administration services in accordance with the vision and mission of Bandung Regency in the spirit of regional autonomy. Research method used in this research was descriptive method with qualitative approach and purposive used as informant determination technique (making informant based on goals). Data collection techniques used in this research was literature and field studies as well as the validity of the data in this study used triangulation.
