- Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pelatihan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Superbtex Divisi Non Woven Rancaekek Sumedang, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Superbtex Divisi Non Woven Rancaekek Sumedang, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan dibawah level supervisor, yaitu level 1, level 2, level 3 dan kontrak. Teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik sampel Slovin, didapat jumlah sampel sebanyak 155. Metode pengumpulan datanya berupa angket dan studi dokumentasi. Model analisis yang digunakan yaitu multiple linear regression, menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelatihan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the training and work motivation affect to the performance of the employees at PT. Superbtex Non Woven Division Rancaekek Sumedang. The purpose of the study was fatherly determine the effect of training on the performance and work motivation of employees at PT. Superbtex Non Woven Division Rancaekek Sumedang, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were employees below the supervisory level, it namely level 1, level 2, level 3, contracts and leaders. The samples taken are using the technique of Slovin samples, it obtained a total sample of 155. The methods of data collection in the form is questionnaires and documentation study. The analysis model used is multiple linear regression, using SPSS software. The research results showed that training and motivation affect the performance of employees with positive direct and significance affect, either partially or simultaneously. Keywords:
