- The aim research and analysis influence dimension behaviour towards apparatus behavior improving the quality ot trade permit service in board of industry and trade to Board of Industry and Trade of Medan City. Influence comparison (X 1.3 ) direct and in direct to apparatus behavior (Y) is 1.7% and influence action (X 1.4 ) direct and in direct to apparatus behavior (Y) is 9.6%. The effect ( 1 . 1 , X 1 . 2 , X 1 . 3 , X 1 . 4 ) to Y is 58.2.%, and the residue 31.4% influenced the other dissimilar factor (epsilon).
