- A few Universities still have not been able to manage the asset and used it well. Inefficient asset management will incur high cost components. One of them Indonesia Computer University in Tangible Fixed Asset management is still less unnoticed, which in turn are weaknesses administrative, financial, and has not been well documented. Based on the above issue, writer team interested to take title: Analysis and Development System Fixed Asset Management at Indonesian Computer University With the Balanced Scorecard concept. Writer Team is using Field approximation method, institutional approach, literature approach. Type of data used the Primary Data and Secondary Data. Systems development methodology used is object-oriented. Writer Team is using System development model a linear sequential model/classic life cycle/waterfall model. Measure tool is used Analysis SWOT and the Balance Scorecard for the proposed system. The results of this study are expected to know Indonesia Computer University running tangible fixed assets, SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) Walking and Architectural Frameworks application Sm @ rt asset that can be applied in Indonesia Computer University
