- Development of network technology is becoming very rapidly, especially with 4Gtechnology in same country. 4G mobile device is already in Indonesia, but stillcannot implemented perfectly. The purpose of this analysis is to determine why4G network technology still couldn�t applied in Indonesia. 4G is a technologydevelopment from 3G. 4G system will provide comprehensive IP solution wherevoice, data and multimedia flows can be up anywhere and anytime, and 4G hasa higher average data from the previous generation. After an analityc that wedid lately, it turns out which causes LTE 4G network technology couldn�t appliedin Indonesia is a regulation problem, indonesia regulation still couldn�t regulateabout this problem yet, especially about the frequent itself.
